Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- Puff pastry strips 12

Boneless chicken cubes 6

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Cabbage 1 flower

Carrot 2 (finely chopped)

Capsicum 2 (finely chopped)

Beans sprout few
-
Egg white 2
-
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
-
White vinegar 2 tbsp
-
White flour with chicken cube 1 tbsp
-
Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)

Sugar 1 tsp
-
Salt as required

Sesame oil 1 tsp

Oil for fry
Cooking Directions
- Heat oil in a wok and sauté ginger garlic paste for 1-2 minutes.

Add chicken cubes and cook for two minutes.

Now add sugar, salt, crushed black pepper, white flour with chicken
cubes, carrot, cabbage and vinegar to cook for 2 to 3 minutes, in the
end add bean sprout and sesame oil in wok.

Mix well and turn flame off.

Now fill e ach pastry strip with the mixture.

Roll each strip and brush egg white lavishly onto each edge.

Deep fry them on high heat for 3-4 minutes.
